Flexo print on kraft paper
Paper is a fibre-based material produced from wood, rags or organic material. Which is soft so it is better to use flexo print. Flexographic printing uses a plate with a raised surface (relief printing) and fast drying fluid inks to print directly onto the print material. The plates are made of rubber or photosensitive polymeric material called photo polymer and are attached to a drum on rotary printing equipment.
2.Matte film or PET ,OPP / Kraft paper /VMPET or AL/ LDPE
Film can maximum the printing effect.
Kraft paper provides hard touches and display effect.
VMPET or AL is barrier film. Protect coffee beans from O2, H2O and sunlight

Do coffee bags contain plastic? Can coffee bags be recycled?
Yes, we have options that kraft paper laminated PLA or PBS which is totally compostable, but the barrier of coffee bags is not so satisfied for long-shelf life and storage. So far most of our kraft paper coffee bags contain plastic film.
Coffee is different with tea as it requires air, light and moisture protection to keep it fresh for as long as possible. Without barrier film working, the natural oils in the coffee will leach into the packaging and cause the coffee to go stale quickly. Typically, packaging made from a combination material of plastic and foil provides the best protection .

How long can keep coffee in bag sealed?
For coffee beans: An unopened bag of whole coffee beans can last for up to 18 months when stored in a cool, dark, dry place and an opened bag is good for up to a few months. For Ground coffee: You can keep an unopened pack of ground coffee in the pantry for five months.
Are coffee bags reusable?
There will be aroma of coffee beans left in the pouch.Once you have emptied your coffee bag, you can wash it out and use it as a bag for small things when you go out. If you want to get creative, you can even attach some straps to the bag so you can take it out and about with you – a great way of reusing our coffee bags.
