01 Retort packaging bag

Packaging requirements: Used for packaging meat, poultry, etc., the packaging is required to have good barrier properties, be resistant to bone holes, and be sterilized under cooking conditions without breaking, cracking, shrinking, and having no odor.

Design Material structure:

Transparent: BOPA/CPP, PET/CPP, PET/BOPA/CPP, BOPA/PVDC/CPPPET/PVDC/CPP, GL-PET/BOPA/CPP

Aluminum foil: PET/AL/CPP, PA/AL/CPP, PET/PA/AL/CPP, PET/AL/PA/CPP

Reasons:

PET: high temperature resistance, good rigidity, good printability and high strength.

PA: High temperature resistance, high strength, flexibility, good barrier properties, and puncture resistance.

AL: Best barrier properties, high temperature resistance.

CPP: It is a high-temperature cooking grade with good heat sealability, non-toxic and odorless.

PVDC: high temperature resistant barrier material.

GL-PET: Ceramic evaporated film, with good barrier properties and transparent to microwaves.

Choose the appropriate structure for specific products. Transparent bags are mostly used for cooking, and AL foil bags can be used for ultra-high temperature cooking.

02 Puffed snack food

Packaging requirements: oxygen barrier, water barrier, light protection, oil resistance, fragrance retention, sharp appearance, bright color, low cost.

Material structure: BOPP/VMCPP

reason : BOPP and VMCPP are both scratch-resistant, BOPP has good printability and high gloss. VMCPP has good barrier properties, retains fragrance and blocks moisture. CPP also has better oil resistance.

03 Sauce packaging bag

Packaging requirements: odorless and tasteless, low temperature sealing, anti-sealing contamination, good barrier properties, moderate price.

Material structure: KPA/S-PE

Design reason: KPA has excellent barrier properties, good strength and toughness, high fastness when combined with PE, is not easy to break, and has good printability. Modified PE is a blend of multiple PEs (co-extrusion), with low heat sealing temperature and strong sealing contamination resistance.

04 Biscuit packaging

Packaging requirements: good barrier properties, strong light-shielding properties, oil resistance, high strength, odorless and tasteless, and sturdy packaging.

Material structure: BOPP/ VMPET/ CPP

Reason: BOPP has good rigidity, good printability and low cost. VMPET has good barrier properties, blocks light, oxygen, and water. CPP has good low-temperature heat sealability and oil resistance.

05 Milk powder packaging

Packaging requirements: long shelf life, aroma and taste preservation, resistance to oxidation and deterioration, and resistance to moisture absorption and caking.

Material structure: BOPP/VMPET/S-PE

Design reason: BOPP has good printability, good gloss, good strength and affordable price. VMPET has good barrier properties, avoids light, has good toughness, and has a metallic luster. It is better to use enhanced PET aluminum plating, with a thick AL layer. S-PE has good anti-pollution sealing properties and low-temperature heat sealing properties.

06 Green tea packaging

Packaging requirements: Prevent deterioration, discoloration, and odor, which means preventing the oxidation of the protein, chlorophyll, catechin, and vitamin C contained in green tea.

Material structure: BOPP/AL/PE, BOPP/VMPET/PE, KPET/PE

Design reason: AL foil, VMPET, and KPET are all materials with excellent barrier properties, and have good barrier properties against oxygen, water vapor, and odors. AK foil and VMPET are also excellent in light protection. The product is moderately priced.

07 Oil packaging

Packaging requirements: Anti-oxidative deterioration, good mechanical strength, high burst resistance, high tear strength, oil resistance, high gloss, transparency

Material structure: PET/AD/PA/AD/PE, PET/PE, PE/EVA/PVDC/EVA/PE, PE/PEPE

Reason: PA, PET, and PVDC have good oil resistance and high barrier properties. PA, PET, and PE have high strength, and the inner PE layer is special PE, which has good resistance to sealing pollution and high sealing performance.

08 Milk packaging film

Packaging requirements: good barrier properties, high burst resistance, light protection, good heat sealability, and moderate price.

Material structure: white PE/white PE/black PE multi-layer co-extruded PE

Design reason: The outer PE layer has good gloss and high mechanical strength, the middle PE layer is the strength bearer, and the inner layer is a heat sealing layer, which has light protection, barrier and heat sealing properties.

09 Ground coffee packaging

Packaging requirements: anti-water absorption, anti-oxidation, resistant to lumps in the product after vacuuming, and preservation of the volatile and easily oxidized aroma of coffee.

Material structure: PET/PE/AL/PE, PA/VMPET/PE

Reason: AL, PA and VMPET have good barrier properties, water and gas barrier, and PE has good heat sealability.

10 chocolate packaging

Packaging requirements: good barrier properties, light-proof, beautiful printing, low temperature heat sealing.

Material structure: pure chocolate varnish/ink/white BOPP/PVDC/cold sealant, brownie chocolate varnish/ink/VMPET/AD/BOPP/PVDC/cold sealant

Reason: Both PVDC and VMPET are high-barrier materials. Cold sealants can be sealed at very low temperatures, and heat will not affect the chocolate. Since nuts contain a lot of oil and are prone to oxidation and deterioration, an oxygen barrier layer is added to the structure.
